Nowadays the internet is the most effective communication channel used around the world. Because of it´s numerous social medias and tools, the velocity that all informations can be shared is seen as an important key to democracy by the government and citizens.

All the social and cultural changes made on people´s life by the virtual world, turned passive citizens into participative ones which charges the autorities for transparency, accontability and anti-corruption actions.

In the other side the E-government can provide informations about their plans, programs and responsabilities to their people and/ or foreigns and get from them an immediate feedback. With the feedback in hands they can improve their actions to achieve better results in name of all.

Now, with the E-government in plenty use, the communication among  these two sides of the society has become closer. It is no longer a governent´s monologue. It is now a two-vias path, seen as an vital key to promote the democracy and measure its results.
