Dear W, Thank you for your message. Obviously, it would be ideal to inspect and/or clean the optical fibre before requesting a visit from a technician. This would allow us to know exactly what we would be requesting the technician to do for us. However, to get the fibre scope and/or the fibre cleaner from the relevant providers we would need to wait at least two months due to paperwork-related issues. In view of this, I was wondering if your company could be so kind as to lend as a fibre scope and/or a fibre cleaner for a couple of days. If you could do this for us, we would be very much obliged.
