Dear Clara:

I tried to talk to you by cellphone but you were busy, so I decided to write you this email. Taking into account that you have these problems in our office and your level of stress, I invite you to take a trip to Bogotá so we can attend a tennis tournament that will be held the next Saturday.

I made already a schedule that I attached to this email for we can make any fix if it’s needed. We are going to be at the airport at 5 a.m. for check-in, so by 7 a.m., we will have landed in Bogotá. Next, we will be on our way to a fantastic hotel in Chapinero that I got for a good price, and it includes breakfast that we will have eaten at 9:00 a.m. because it is just the time to take the Transmilenio.

I know you are not a big fan of tennis so, I planned this trip in public transportation, a visit to the gold museum, and a walk in the historic Bogota neighborhood in the morning. I guess it is a perfect way to start the day knowing the city. By 1:30 pm we will have eating lunch and we will have taken a taxi to the Salitre Tennis Center, the place where will be held the tournament.

The first match will start at 1:00 pm with the Gentlemen's singles, but by 2:00 pm they will have finish the first half of the game and we are going to see the last part. The contenders will be Ronald Jankovic versus Max Fender, both extraordinary players with years of experience and many prizes won. It will be a very good match.

At 3:00 pm they will have finished the game and we are going to the final of the boy’s singles between Manuel Giraldo and Tim Pritchard.

Tim Pritchard has played more than 1000 tour-level matches, and he has been in several physical encounters, but the Colombian Manuel Giraldo is a rookie who has challenged all the forecasts.

By 5:00 pm we will have watched the Senior gentlemen's doubles and we will have gone to the cafeteria to eat a snack. We will take a break from all this tennis stuff and we are going to have fun in the mall.

We have three hours and by the time we are going to attend the final tennis match between Lady's singles, we will have bought some souvenirs for our families and we will have eaten yummy taco bell. The final between Jalena Monvic and Samantha Rogers will be the cherry of the pie.

By 11:00 pm we will have gone to our hotel and we will be ready to sleep. I know you can’t miss the visit of your mother on Sunday, so I arranged our flight at 7:30 am in order you can be at your home at nine.

I look forward we have a fantastic day and we can enjoy every second of the journey. I know it is a surprise, please accept it because I have already buy everything.
