I am travelling to USA the next month and I like to know your opinion about some question.

What should not cities lost? I had thought to visit NY, W and CH, but can you tell me another?.

I need to know how is better to reserve in the hotels: telephone, email…/I need to know how to make the reservations in the hotels: telephone, email… how is better?

The USA is too big and I am to rent a car for my movements but I do not know if that will be a good idea.

Also, I want not lost the Natural landscapes but I do not enough time, which one would you recommended me?
