About a month ago I had a meeting in which I had to help a colleage making a negotiation. As English is not my mother tongue I tried to learn as much as possible, particularly terms related to negotiation, deals and so on. Not only the specific words but also collocations. I was surprised that I learnt so quickly as my aim was not learning English, English was only my means. As of then I decided to plan my language exchanges in a different way. I would like to continue learning and teaching focusing on topics, real life situations and help others learning Spanish.
