*Notice: This is my first time trying to write more than 2 sentence in English. So if you feel like you don't understand, it's me :)*
*Disclamer: This situation doesn't have to make any sense.*
My biggest question at this moment is: Why I have to learn English to get better job?
I am from a Spanish speaker country and we have to learn English to get better oportunities. And since there are English speakers in most of the companies we have to learn it, so we can comunicate effectively. Why? They are in our country. They should learn Spanish! If we have to know English to get that job, why Human Resources doesn't require them to learn the native language of that country? And then I ask, so if the company is international/worldwide then we both have to translate the papers so we can understand what is going on or to comply with the required language? That's a lot of work. And, is that why we have to learn an universal language (English since is the most spoken in most of the country)? To make decisions efficiently, simply and fast.
So I recommend that all people who know languages should meet in one place and decide to create a new language that merge every existing language. But wait, that's another problem for culture...
To be continue...
Thanks for reading and if you have any correction feel free to let me know :D We are here to learn. :P
