My favorite foods are vegetables and fruits. It's so delicious to eat them. But sometimes I eat foods with easily digested carbohydrates. Before now I ate rissoles, steaks, and drumsticks with fried potatoes. I know that is every meal must to be no less than 30 gram of animal proteins or glutens. That is why I stopped eat greasy food like as burgers with fried potatoes and coca cola, meatballs, sausages, fried meat, hot dogs and others.
Daily I eat five or six times. It's too hard seeing after personal nutrition, which was given by dieting expert. I can't eat chocolates and cakes. Because it breaks out on my face. Unfortunately, I have a lots problems with my health. For this reason, I need to eat singly. Every time I should classify each food before eating it. In particular all foods with a lot of proteins. I hope it helps me in future because I'm very worried about it. I'll appreciate for some recommendations.
