Final year dissertation : Influence of the Leonetti law on management of hospital care. Abstract : The work we have done deals with the end of life’s legislation, more precisely, the Leonetti law of the 22nd April 2005. This is a relatively recent law that is still poorly understood, but whose importance goes beyond our professional setting. The objective of this study is to seize how the Leonetti law, in its application, influences the care of terminally ill patients. With this work, the knowledge of the law and the modalities of its implementation are examined deeper. This research creates a professional knowledge and responsive questioning on the subject. It results new practices in the context of hospital work and better care for patients. However, given that the law continues to evolve, we must always continue to update this research. Research question : How the new law about the end of life will be applied and integrated into care while the Leonetti law is still little known by professionals?
