Hi everyone!

I definiterly recommend a flotation experience. It's a great theraphy against anxiety and stress. This consists of getting into a bath tank where the water is near skin temperature and is plenty of salt so you can float easily while you keep your body temperature well balanced. It's also remarkable the total silence and dark enviroment, wich are also necessary to get a full calm experince.The thing I remember most is the feeling of being totally relaxed letting my body moving free. It's one of the most pleasant experiencies I've ever had because it's like being inside your mother womb. I'd like to recommend this therapy to those people who suffer from stress and need to take a breath.
