In our days, eating fresh vegetables and fruit has become in a very popular routine.

Tv, newspapers and magazines are full of articles which explain  to us the importance to include this products in our shopping list.

And all this information is absolutely right, fresh fruit and vegetables are very nice for  keeping yourself healthy and in a balance diet which can help you to avoid health problems on the future, but ,is it all about eating fresh fruit and vegetables right?

The mundial health organization has advised to be very careful with the vegetables and fruits we eat, although eating these products is always better than eating a burger from a fast foot restaurant,  this organization warns about the use of very dangerous pesticides and the new genetically manipulated fruit and veggies, which can have terrible consequences for our health.

So, before eating your lovely fresh fruit and veggies, make sure you read the label and wash everything with a lot of water.
