How do you feel when things don´t turn out as you wish? That is frustration, we experience it during all our lives, as children we learn that we can't have all we want, so that, as much as we learn it as a child, as much as happy we'll be in the future being capable of control frustration.
As an adult, frustration could be dangerous, leading in demotivation, ansiety, dissapointment or even depression. We set aims and targets in our lives and there is where frustration start, we have to learn to set realistic aims in order to being capable of reaching them, we have to be ambitious but realistic so establishing suitable targets is the first step to control frustation.
Another thing is recognizing frustration and being capable of control it, for that we could analyse the situation that had created the feeling, and then get to know what causes had influenced on the result, sometimes we can't control the result of the situation so we can't do anything for changing it, but other times we just need a change in the way we do things or increasing our efforts to get to the result we want.
Frustration is a great theme to work in both with children and adult people, it will help to be more happy with the life we are living and to make changes if it is necessary to get the results we want without feeling bad.
