Recently, I read a book set in a mental hospital and an inspector.

It tells the story of an inspector that goes to a mental hospital because his wife died there and he wants to know why and how. In the beginning, everything is normal, just a man who wants to know things. But while the story goes on you can notice that something is wrong. The inspector is controlled and he neither can go out or does some things. Finally, you don´t know if he is an inspector or just a patient.

I would recommend this book to anyone while you expect something from the main character, he just does the opposite. Also, the story is full of surprises, ups, and downs like a roller coaster. Maybe the story is a bit slow but this is compensated with the plot.

It´s not one of the best books I´ve ever read but it is close.
