Everybody knows exercise is important for our health, but there more important things. I think doing exercise I improve my health, so I do it three times a week; I go to the gym on Monday and Wednesday, from six to eight p.m., and on Saturday I play football with my friends by 2 hours. However food is very important too, evebody would have a healthy diet and eat a lot of vegetables and fruit (doctors advise five pieces per day) and avoid fast food, fats, and a red meat excess. Working too hard isn“t good for our health, because it gets a lot of stress that could start a heart attack. In addition, I think the most important thing in our life is the family, because I like joining with them and doing a lot of activities. In conclusion, doing exercise is important but there are too many things that improve our health
