This is my first post on Mixxer.

I am living in Kyusyu, southern Japan. This is not my home town, but I like it. 

My home town is Hokkaido, where is north part of Japan. 

I found several cultural differences between these regions.

First, taste of cuisines are different. Kyusyu's food is more oily and sweet. 

Secondly, people eat Nikuman, which is a ball shaped bread in pork meat (真ん中に豚肉が入った丸いパン), with Ponzu(soy source mixed with vineger).

Finally, I am difficult to understand what they say!
