Working with a micromanager

Some people have to work under micromanagers. Micromanagers are managers who point out and then strongly criticize even  —1—  slightest errors that employees make in their work. Employees must work in exactly the way the manager wants them to. 

Employees find —2— very difficult to work under a micromanaging boss as they have hardly any freedom. For a happy workplace environment, it is important for employees to  — 3 —  given some freedom and for them to feel that they are trusted. If they feel that their manager does not trust them, they will become dissatisfied and this will inevitably have a negative effect on the way they work. In a micromanaged workplace  — 4 —  is very little enthusiasm for work, and, in the worst cases, employees become so frustrated that the only thing that interests them is finding a way —5— leaving the company.
