I took a English lesson in this morning. Today's tutor was a nurse but she is not working as a nurse instead of working as a English teacher. why she doesn't work in the hospital, she said salary of nurse in her country is low.

I cooked Japanese normal food today.

Lunch is HIYASHI-TYUKA. Naming  is like a Chinese food, but it might be Japanese food. This is many ingredients(egg, cucumber, ham, and so on ) above yellow noodle and source is based on soy source. In Japan, we have this in summuer season. 

Dinner is SHYOGA-YAKI. This is normal Japanese food. Slicced pork is sauted with source is mixxed soy source, sake,sugar and ginger. Ginger is origin of name SHYOGA.
