Hi all. I need to present an article about the junk food and I would like to validate if this is right:

Our activities to need many time every day and for this situation the people need fast solutions frequently, especially when is time to lunch. For example, when you are in the university it’s easier and faster to lunch with junk food, or when you are working, and you have long work meetings, commonly you lunch with junk food, because you don´t have many time for exit.

These habits are not so healthy, but the people are not aware of that and for that now days there are many people with detrimental healthy. Although the medics recommend all time their patients, that they should to eat more healthy food, like a fruits, vegetables, proteins and integral food, not all people follow the recommendations, because eat healthy it’s more cost that to eat the traditional food or junk food. However, if we know to prepare the food, it’s easier and less cost to obtain a healthy food.

It is also important to be aware that health is the first, in fact, if you don’t have a good health, you can’t achieve to be happy and neither to obtain good results in the work or study.

For that is necessary to eat healthy, to do sport, to drink many water and to visit a doctor frequently.
