Ni hao!!!

I'm studying chinese grammar, and I have some asks.

I don't understand how use the adjectival modifier.

In my book says:  "nî xî huan ta sòng de wùlî ma?"  I can't undestrand this composition, its very strange for me...

And If you could say me the translation of these phrases:

1) bàba, mama néng hé wômen yi qî qù tinng yinyuè ma?

2) ta néng yòng ying yû hé mêi guó maòyì gongsi tánpàn.

3) jintian lái de laoshi huì shou yingyû.

4)dìdi xiâng chi mama mâi de shûigûo.

5) nà gè xué diànnâo de xuésheng huì shuo xibanyá yû.

Also in my book says: "xuésheng kàn zázhì de túshuguân hên piaòliang" But I remeber me teacher said me the big thing is before the small thing, and library is bigger than magazine then... is not ""xuésheng kàn túshuguânì de zázhì hên piaòliang"???? or is the same...?
