As you can read on the email attached, the terrible situation, I have on my job, started when I rejeted my PR&D results on Friday.

At that moment, my manager sent me an email, to blame me about a mistake, which was his mistake, and to put my job down infront off the rest of the mannagers who were on copy on that email.

He said that I should re-think about my profesionalist becouse such a mistake could be not eccepted, ( a mistake with i did not do) and he coould not re-evaluate my PR&D score, becouse he had to ask, first at all,  other people about my job.

I asked H/R about the way to do a PR&D re-evaluation, and they have told me, it is just your manager desicion, no one else can give their opinion about your job, so he does not need to ask no one else to do a revaluation.if you have supported your claim, and gave him the reasons, the revaluation should be discussed between you and your manager, and may someone from h/r

For that reason I think my manager is trying to bulling me, and i would like to speak with someone at H/R department.
