Dear Sirs or Madams,

I have an unsightly deep scar on my neck, close to my left ear and my jawbone, that has been destroying my self-esteem for nine years. I would like to ask Ms. Cook or Ms. Townes if it can be corrected by laser.

As can be seen in the pictures, my scar has a sunken appearance, and I have the impression that it becomes more pronounced with age. I am aware that there is no procedure that makes a scar disappear completely, but perhaps its appearance may improve -it may be less noticeable- if laser is used.

Could you please show these pictures to the Ms. Cook or Ms. Townes in order to get an assessment from any of them?
