What's ISO 9001?

I guess that it includs many document, policies, forms and operation standards of manufacture.

I don't have any idea about it.

I think it's a big project for having the license.

Many departments must participate to follow it's rules and operation for pass the audition of ISO 9001.

I'll participate learning the ISO 9001 rules tomorrow.
