Last summer my best friend told me about this resort in the Alps, where there was a wide range of activities for guests. I decided to do a research and I got so amazed that decided to ask my parents to go there next summer. Finally, I got to convince them and we went there to do kayaking for a week. Now I can say that, without doubt, it’s the perfect holiday for families.
Every day, after having an amazing breakfast, we went out to take our safety equipment and joined the instructor. All the instructors were super-welcoming and we enjoyed the experience from day one. I found that the management was pretty good, since we were quite a lot of families and we were just two or three per group. In my view, the best part of kayaking was the little race we did at the end of the class. It wasn’t easy to move fast, but the final race encouraged us to pay attention during the lesson.
We booked the holiday so we could had the afternoon free to walk through the magnificent valleys, although there were many other timetable options. The resort was, actually, a group of spacious boungalows. To be honest, the resort wasn’t cheap, so it’s worth to think twice about it before going. But if money isn’t a problem for you, I’m certain the quality of the accommodations will live up to your highest expectations.
I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a meaningful family experience, as it’s all about enjoying the moment and forgetting everyday worries.
