What does a school of languages nedd in order to work efficiently?

Globalization has done that lots of people from diferent countries have to speak each others.

Nowadays It,s getting more important learning a language, consequently, language school  are increasing.

What does language shool need to work efficiently?

Firstly, I think it would be fun because if the students are boring, it´s possible they give up learning the language, unless this language class. Moreover it´s easier learn when the class is enjoyable.

Secondly, in my opinion lectures are useless to learn a language. Instead of it,  students have to practise it.

For the first and the second point it´s very important the teacher. Teachers must to do that their students have fun and they speak  a lot. The perfect teacher should be an active, self-motivated, hard working and kind  person. I think is better to learn a language if the teacher is a native because he/she has properly pronunciation.

Thirdly, I think it´s better if the school have an extensive timetable because it does that more peole could go to class.

Finally, in my view it´s necessary that the classroom are comfortable, spacious and with a lot natural light.
