Moreover, the waste recycle charge would be considered to take in some cases. On the contrary, the rewards should be taken into consideration if someone has a good performance in waste recycle. In my city, plastic straw has been prohibited to provide to public and the battery has been encouraged to use in another electric appliance again. In Japan, people would recycle the plastic bottle and bag.

In conclusion, legal requirement could be helpful to the waste recycle, but the most important is increasing the consciousness of waste recycle.
