Good morning, X. As I mentioned in a previous email, before moving to our apartment I received a call from Telecom, an internet broadband provider. Telecom informed me that your agency had provided them with my contact details and asked me if I wanted a broadband connection. I assumed that there was no internet in the appartment, so I answered in the affirmative. I paid 54 pounds to Telecom. When we moved into the apartment we realized that we already had an internet provider, which is Sky. However, I can't ask Sky for any information about our account because I am not the account holder. So, to summarize, we want to rescind the contract with Sky, which seems to be something that only the landlord can do.
