I am doing writting exercises for IELTS exam. Please, someone could check if my text is correct?

Dear Landlord,

I have noticed some problems in my room, and because of that, I would like to get a new accommodation. First, there is a leak on the roof just above my bed, and it drops water on me while I am sleeping. It's very uncomfortable.

Secondly, the window in my bedroom can not avoid the outside sound, and as you know, there is a big pub in front of my building, and every night I cannot sleep because of the noise.

Finally, when it is raining, the water from the rain comes into the holes in the window and makes the floor completely wet. 

Considering these points I've mentioned, I'd like to get a new place to stay in a quiet village and without problems with roof and window. Please, see what you can do for me.
