A letter of complaint
Your recently went abroad and atended the language course which you can see in the advertisement below . Back home, you decide to write a letter of complaint because there were aspects you were not satisfied with. Explain in your letter what things were not up to your expectations and why you think it was a waste of money and you are entitled to a refund .
Dear Sir,
Re: language course
Following our telephone conversation earlier today, I am writing to give details of my dissatisfaction with my stay at the language course in New Zealand, on 01– 31 August 2018, which I booked with your company.
My central complaint is that the course fell far short of the description in the brochure, the teachers were not native and Number of students were by far 14. Moreover, the lessons were around 3O minutes. The beginning courses were any Tuesday of the year instead of Mondays. I had requested an accommodation with host families on my own, but there were more students staying there as well. I would like to draw your attention to the different level of English at the courses. Finally, school facilities were poorly.
When we talk to your representative,Tracy Mills, she promised to try to remedy it, but this took an acceptably long time to happen.
As I stayed in my telephone call, I feel that we are due a full refund for this course as it failed to meet the description in the brochure, and it ruined my holidays. I look forward to hearing from you within the next two weeks.
Sincerely yours,
Marta Garcia
Thanks to correct it as I have an exam next week !
