Dear Neighbor,

The Neighbors Association of Kensal wants to welcome you to our neighborhood. We hope everything is to your liking and you can settle down with no problems.

Following  we detail some important information about our community:

- The trash truck comes every Thursday in the morning. If Thursday is bank holiday, it comes the next business day. You must leave your trash cubes outside, in front of your door and the staff wil come to emptying them.

- It's not allow to make bbq, bonfires or any kind of fire in the commun zones. You can make them in your own yard. 

- Pool is open from 1st of june to 15th of september. It's not allow swim outside this dates being as there is not life guard. 

- The use of the playground is allow only for children under 12. It has a camera and you can watch it in your TV, channel 10.

- The Community gives 3 parties within the year: normally in Christmast, Summer and Halloween. All the neighbors are invited to participate in their organization.

- In June the neighbors organize a market in the commun zones. The Community will hung posters with all the information.
