I’m industrial engineer, graduated since the year 2000. In my bachelor I took programming and design courses which made me think widely about my work expectations. Through the years, I take the liking for the software engineering, studying courses of design, programming web pages, making animation and little works about these things.

In 2005 I applied for a Master in the University from Spain, where they and the Colombian government gave me a scholarship in order to make my dream come true. The program was a MBA with emphasis in Industrial and High Technology Management and E-Business Specialization.

After that Master I was able to work in managing web and educational projects and after years I, with my husband, we made our own business where we besides to do web projects, we sold technology devices including workstations, notebooks, netbooks, desktops pcs and nets devices. Also I had the opportunity to be the community manager of an important multinational company, where I'm still working as a freelance . But the politic and economic situation of our country doesn’t allow to follow with our business.

Taking in account that experience, and knowing the knowledge that I got before, is my objective to have more technical background in computer science and be able to give more seriousness to my career. This is the mainly reason I choose the Postgraduate Diploma in Computing program in your Institute and I look forward you can accept me in this prestigious institution.

I hope to take the program in the starter of 2016 and be with my family there, my husband and two boys aged 10 and 3. My expectations are to migrate to this marvelous country where I hope to get a job once I can finish my course, or even better to start getting a part job before the finishing because I know it’s difficult to start again but is my dream to start a business again in a first world country.
