I want to write to you to talk about the environment and relationships at work.

I know that you are working under a lot of pressure and I see it.

But I feel that the way you communicate the things sometimes is really offensive and I feel that it breaks the spirit of the team, damage the relationship, generate refuse to work and I personally feel that sometimes I can't continue working in this kind of context.

My approach is that collaborative spirit help that everyone give, the better as he can, the results are the best, people give more than you ask because they feel good and they are treated with respect and empathy
