Imagine that a friend of yours is to organize as festival in his/her home town and has asked you for some help. Write a letter to your friend giving some advise and tips that could help in the organization and preparations. Include the following points:

I hope you are well . Many thanks for your recent  letter. It was great to hear from you again.

First of all , I would recommend  the english park at the town of Gijón to carry out the celtic  music festival . this area is close to parking areas and also by  San Lorenzo beach. It is a open space a very nice with the hot weather.

Summer time is really nice in Gijón particulary during the month of August . Gijon offers flights to different  countries of the world , Europe , America and  also inside of Spain.the town offers  also  good communication by road, by train and also have bikeway inside the town. Gijon is very safe town , I will recommend you to hire a security company around the event to prevent any violent situation and to provide first aid if it is needed.

I will also encourage you to talk to the town-hall in order to provide policeman to regulate the traffic to access this festival. La Revoltosa Catering offer you very good prices and would be very good idea. I will provide you some celtic groups to contact them
