Hi everyone, my name's Lucas and I'm here just to practice and make friends. I live in Brazil and I started to study English because I want to visit some country around the world some day, I also like to know about every single particularly culture. I've been studying English language for almost 3 years and I'd say that my big problem now is when I need to speak, in a real conversation I make a lot of mistakes and even forget words that I know, my mind got totally blank, and this is a bummer! I can understand very well, read and recognize well. My writing is not so good, and I also need to improve this skill. I'd like to be confident in English, even though I'm a shy person and sometimes I have trouble speaking with native speakers.


Now, let me tell you about where I live. As some of you guys should know, Brazil is a big country, there are a lot of states and I was born in Bahia, it's a big state and a great place to visit, there are so many amazing beaches around the state that is visited for tourists around the world like Morro de São Paulo (you can google it if you want), Pelourinho in Salvador is also so visited for tourists. In general, I'd say that I love my place, culture and so on, but the problem is the government, the political thing, in general, is bad over here. Food is another thing that is really tasty here, every state has its own kind and specific food.
