Hi I wrote a little essay about exercise. Could someone please help me correct it?

Exercise have a lot of benefits, whether you do it inside or outside. Both have their benefits and drawbacks. for instance, outdoor training tend to focus more on cardiovascular exercises while indoor training is generally more dedicated to muscle building and strength.

Personally I would prefer to exercise outdoors, for the following reasons.

 

First, doing exercise outdoors give you the possibility to stay in touch with nature which will keep you happier and gives you the motivation to work out and keep your routine overtime. For example, I usually work out in a park close to my house, this park is full of trees, green grass and flowers. So everytime I go to train I feel that I am in a healthy enviroment which motivates me to work out and makes me want to come again over and over again.

 

Second, outdoor training is usually related to cardio exercises, however, you can do strength training too. For instance, When I train in the park I do cardio training but I also do strength training using body weight exercises, like planks, push ups or pull ups. this exercises are good for building muscle and devealoping strengh, I won't get big as fast as i indoor training but can still do both types of training.

For the reasons explained above I prefer to do exercise outdoor rather than doing it indoor.
