Where are you working now?

I work at train track. I'm a repairman of the signals and electronics equipments that there are along the train track.
When I say signals, it means that they are like the traffic lights that everybody can see in the cities roads.

Why are you leaving your current job?

Because I always work at night. My work-time is from 11pm to 7am. It's very tired to work at night.
I would like to find a job with a "normal" work-time. I think that the night is to sleep.

In your opinion, what makes a good manager?

I think a good manager have to have several cualifications, but in my opinion there are two of them that I think they are more important.
One of them is to give a solutions to a worker that have a problem. A good manager must give an answer to somebody of his group that have a questions or a problem.
An the second is to have a lot of knowledge about his work, the equipments and the work tools.

How do you feel about new technology?

The new technologys make us the life more easy. To be comunicated in each moment give us a lot of useful information. However we have to filter this information and know where are the limits. Too much information become it at the same time useless.

Do you prefer working alone or in teams?

I prefer working in teams. But It depends of the job, and sometimes the job is a combination of work alone and work in teams.
For example, the computer programmer. They make a part of his job alone. They do a module, a part of the software, alone. After the programmers have worked for a common project, have to assemble all the modules to make the finally software.

What do you do in your free time?

When It's sunny I like doing jogging, going for a walk with my wife, and drink a beer under the sun.
And when it's raining, we stay in our house an watch a movie on television. Sometimes we go to the cinema or theatre, but only sometimes because the cinema and theatre is very expensive.
