It is important to clarify that the present research will use a mixed method approach which combine quantitative and qualitative methods of analysis. It is usually employed to compensate of one type of data and method of analysis by supplementing it with the other. As a result, the research instruments have open questions looking for findings that can explain in more deeply sense why, or how of certain situations and conditions with the purse of obtaining a more complete analysis.
