I woke up at 5:15 o'clock. I got up at 5:25. I made something to eat before go to gym, today I took soy milk, oat and granola and mix them in a
bowl. After I ate what I prepared I got dressed. I usually wear sneakers, shorts and t-shirt for gym. I usually jogging to gym, it takes 5 mins
to get there. Today my workout started at 6 o'clock and ended at 6:45.
From 6:45 to 7 o'clock I jogged and then I went back to home.
I took a shower and then I got dressed. I drove my motorcycle to my work. I worked from 8:30 to 12. I have lunch at 12:30 then I go for a walk
and go back to my office at 1:45.
I worked in the afternoon from 2 to 5:30. Then I drove my motorcycle back to home. I relaxed for an hour and then I made the dinner, after that
I did somethings, watch tv, did the laundry, tydi up and at 10 o'clock I went to bed.
