What is your favourite cuisine? This question I was recently asked in the English class. Without long thinking, I answered Italian. The simplest answer, isn't it? Show me that person who doesn't like Italian pasta with sweet sauce or never tried a slice of pizza.
Having thought deeper on the question, I can say that I, personally, don't have a favourite cuisine which I stick to. I didn't have a chance to sample different cousins yet, and I consume the meals my mum cooks. Usually, it is something that has meat flavour. I enjoy eating Italian pasta ( made in the local basements) and Japanese noodles with some spicy condiments. My mum consider them a junk food, though.
When I get my salary I invite my girlfriend and we order pizza with Greek salad, and on special occasions, we have sushi and rolls.I relish fish cooked in any way, that's why it mysteriously vanishes from the fridge if appears.
There are many foods to enumerate, which I might like for their ingredients, but as I already mentioned, I haven't tried many to compare.
