My ultimate goal is to found a social enterprise. Before achieving this goal, I want to work in a well-run social enterprise such as XXXX. I will use my knowledge of the fundamentals of management and business and the experience of team work that I learn in XXXX to develop my management ability. At the same time, I will redesign the social enterprise proposal which my team and I planned in 2014. I will apply what I have learned to make my plan more implemented and execute my plan.
