1. Vice director of Dept. FL in 2012 XXXX drama competition - I have learned how to multitask many things and made it well I was in charge of making the best characters arrangement with the director. And because our general coordinator left the position out of personal reason, I took her place in order to make sure everything could be arranged. 2. My process of learning a new musical instrument - I have fixation with the thing I get involved. Take my process of learning how to play the Pipa, a Chinese musical instrument, as an example. Although I have never learned Pipa before, in order to participate in the national university musical competition with the orchestra, I was obsession with getting better and practiced it so hard. Finally, I spent only two months to achieve it. 3. Vice leader of Advertising Division of the annual stage performance of Dept. FL – In order to promotion the performance on campus and in XXXX city, I set up the advertising plans with the team and make sure they work. 4. Leader of the Chinese orchestra –In order to create a wonderful memory with my roommates, we decided to prepare a concert in front of 1,500 people. However, the musical performance was not an easy job for us because we were all new to our musical instruments, but we still had worked very hard for 9 months and finally fulfill the achievement. This experience made me believe that if you really want something, as long as you strive for, nothing is impossible. 5. I worked as a sales representative, because I used to be afraid of talking to strangers - I have the courage to face my fears, and even change it. After realizing the importance of social interaction, I decided to be a sales representative in a department store and talked to different people.
