One of my research interests is judicial politics. Nowadays judicial judgment has equal importance to every country and society including the US and China. Because it regards to the justice and order. What I focus on is what factors are really affecting the administrative judicial judgments of both the US and China. As I know, the ideology plays an important role in the US. However, a variety of factors are working on the judicial decisions, which probably involves the attribute of a specific case, the economic status of the region in which the court locates. In order to find the answers, I set up to collect a large amount of materials. So far, I have got a database with more than 400,000 administrative litigation judgment documents in China. I'm trying to build a model which includes such variables as the judicial decisions, the dates the judgment was made, the GDP of the region in which the judgment court locates.
