My residency period was carry out at Technical school Francisco Tobar, in 1st year consisting of 31 students, 10girls and 21 boys. Their ages were between 13 and 15 years old. All my lesson were divided into three stages: PRESENTATION STAGE: As we know presentation stage occurs when learners watch what the teacher does and listen to his or her explanations. First if all, I stablish the objectives of the lesson planning ,chose the contexts and activities that increased students motivation. So, I considered the following items: The language item to present: Funtion: introducing members of family. Structure: possesive 's. Phonological: pronunciation of s sound. Lexical: vocabulary related to members of a family. The purpose of the presentation had the following aims Present the new language, its meaning and form, paying attention to the pronunciation, stress, intonation. Check students' understanding. Contexts for presentation: The are two kind of contexts: a situational and a linguistic context. A situational context is the situation çanguage occurs in. For the situational context I used the following situation: introducing members of Simpson' s family. Simpson family is in a party, and some people ask about them to their friends and they introduce them. A linguistic context is the language surrounding a particular piece of language. In my lesson the possessive 's. Procedures for presentation: procedure included the following points: Buil up the situational context through the use of posters, pictures, flashcards. Eliciting the new language making guesses. Focus the student's attention on marker sentence wich is the first example of the new language. It is a model for producing similar sentences. Students repeated the new language chrorally. My role as teacher was an informant. This stage of lesson was highly controlled.
