My name is Alexandra Mercado, Argentine and live in the city of Mendoza. Currently, I work as a manager at the company “Triunfo Seguros” in the department of MKT.
My responsibility is to develop ideas to promote our products and service. In addition, I am also in charge of advertising team. Establish strategies to short and long term is my daily task. Also, I have meeting with Sales department and Research and Development to set prices and to review projects and budgets.
Generally, the biggest problems are deal with competition and meetings with others managers are also very difficult. Additionally, to reach an agreement is even harder because we have different views.
“Triunfo Seguros” borned in 1967, at the initiative of its founder Roberto Pierrini. In a short period of time it became the leader in the Cuyo region from the seriousness and organization in their actions. Thus it grew in Mendoza, where it succeed a major introduction and consolidation in San Juan and San Luis.
From there it began a process of geographical expansion, which led to the current subsidiaries of Cordoba, Rosario, Santa Fe and Rio Negro.
Catamarca, Neuquén, Chaco, Bahia Blanca, Comodoro Rivadavia, Chubut, Rio Gallegos, Entre Rios, Misiones and Salta, with the attention of the surrounding cities, are steps taken by the company aimed to ratify the growth. The network of 60 branches is held on a staff of more than 300 full- time employees and more than 800 Producer-assessors. They are persons responsible for the management of more than 300,000 current policyholders.
Among its "products" it includes: Insurance for Cars, Motorcycles, Moto Total, Triunfo life, Home, Praxis for Health Professionals, Guarantee, Personal Accident Insurance and Life Assurance.
