I am very happy because I am going to change my job at the end of the month. So, I will have the opportunity to improve my English skills with customers who speak in English. 

I have been trying to apply in customer service positions for many years where advance level of English is require, but I freaked out when someone interviewed me in English, so I felt frustate. Besides, my teachers at college always told me that my English was terrible; however, I never give up. 

Fortunately,  I gained more confidense on myself and I tried to apply again last Monday and finally I get the job.

I would like to share my personal experience because I know that learn a language is not easy as well as is not easy speak in front of other people and fell nervous.
