I often go to the bank of the Zhu Jiang River near my campus. It is important to me because I exercise there and I get refeshed there, and I meditate there.
I run for 5 kilometers along the river every evening. Through running I cleanse my body and mind. With the fresh air, I can refresh my mind and soothe my mood. The landscape with the river and the sky at night is supreme for deep meditation while running. I would wisper to myself 'love' and 'expectation' to prepare myself for the day coming with a positive attitude.
