I'm working on a translation of my resume for the LinkedIn website, but as I'm not a native speaker I'm looking for a native speaker who can help me! I described my main activities. Be yourself at home if you want to change a verb, preposition, etc

Critical Analysis and control of purchase orders (or Purchase Orders Critical Analysis and Control). Ensure the goods will be delivered on time. Help customers resolve issues related to technical usage of the products. To make commercial and technical offers as per the company commercial policy. To follow projects and offers up. To make analysis reports for the Export Sales Department. To show the customers the company’s range of products. To guide and provide customers support related to products maintenance, handling and application. To prospect new clients. To help on translating products description and technical documents from Portuguese to English and Spanish.

I know that there are too much "to + verb", but don't worry about that. I'll mix some sentences in order to get the text more easy to read.
