I work in an awsome place, but I feel my boss do not respect my effort and my work. My work it is about the health of finances that the projects sells by the company, it is stressfull but I learn a lot of thinks like work under pression, handle with difficult people, make some reports, analice data, work with deadlines and others. Last year was very stressfull, because I had a lot of project on my charge, compares with my partners I handle with the double of. The last week we were on close month and the work were amazin. This year will be the year with some changes and I hope change of departmen of maybe of job, where I can earn more money and all the skill that I learn in my actual job put me at the head of my team.
