I work in the public bank. In the public institutions the administration is reflect of policy and your elected. This causes the some troubles. I would cite some: low professionalism administration, miss of levy and centralization of actions.

The low professionalism result in low productivity of team and happened because there is not practice of management. It doesn’t exist meeting whether daily, weekly or monthly to transfer of information or establishment of goals. Generally, the task is defined by public agency outside. 

 Other fact is that not exist levy, this is, the employee can to do its job or not and nothing will happen. What happening is that the same don’t go to receive more actives and will begin make actives that is nor inherent its job, this is, your job particular.

Lastly is more of than a public institution it’s the politic institution. The thing occurs only when the will attend some interest. Truly, this bank is a machine of make crazy. It’s necessary care. The person entry in the bank willing but face with the sad scenery. The efforts rarely are recognize.

Many people in this institution only cause of salary, the stability and the good conditions logistic of workplace.
