I took a few job interview questions from the Internet and tried to answer it.
1. Tell me about yourself
I'm Lena. I've graduated from Voronezh State University. I got master degree in the field of Applied Mathematic and Informatics. I'm looking for a job as a programmer in an international company. I have more than five years experience in programm development, two of them - in the big international company. During this time I was taking part in different challenging projects as a programmer and later I was promoted to a Senior programmer. I was responsible for maintaining ERP system and development new functionality which will meet business requirements.
2. What are your strength?
First of all, I'd like to point that I always meet deadlines and I am attentive to details. Also I'm willing to travel any way anyday, so I won't be mind against business trips. I have good communicative skills, so I easily  can find common language with users and assist them in case of any problems. Also I'd like to mention that I'm a good tutor. I can train interns and I always ready to help my colleagues.
3. What are your weaknesses?
To be honest, I like to chat but it doesn't affect on results of work. Also I like when all is perfect, so sometimes programm development takes a little bit more time than it could take because I can't finish it untill programm code will not become well readable and well tested.
