Because of the construction of eating habits, it results very difficult for us to leave a diet of fat, sugar and unhealthy food. We got used to eat products that are harmful to us. For example, we live in a world, where sugar is an indispensable ingredient in the everyday diet, even when it produces a lot of diseases, like diabetes. So I would like to contribute with the task of creating a healthy way of life by the presentation of a recipe of a tasty and healthy bread.
