I would like to sincerely congratulate you on the holding of the 28th Workshop and the 13th Asia-Pacific Region Conference in kyoto.
Also I would like to extend my warm thanks all of you for attending this event from all over the Japan. I believe without doubt that not only a tour of Kyoto, well-known sight-seeing spot, but also various programs such as mutual exchanges among you, fruitful lectures, workshops, and leaders meetings held in this event are meaningful to you.
For all of you as the leaders of next generation, I hope that you can promote international relations and take on active roles as a grobal leader.
I would like to express my deep respect to the relevant members of the committe who have worked so hard for this conference.
I expect a lot from this theme, "Kokoro (hearts and minds) ~The further development of ATO which starts frm Japan"
ATO should not be satisfied with past achievements and should not stop moving forward. What each of you should ask yourseff is what you have to do as an indivdual ad as a member of the organization.
Taking advantage of the strength of the youth, you need to broaden your recognition and to evolve in order to consider what to pile on successes of the past.
Let me conclude my remarks by offering again my best wishes for the success of this workshop.
Thank you for your kind attention.
